Email send is buggy

It looks like the email sends either are not happening or are being completely blocked by services.

I'm beginning to suspect that this is a Yahoo mail specific issue.

I'm having a hard time replicating this issue. Can folks who are not getting emails from flojuggler please try to...
- Go to flojuggler.com
- click on "forgot password"
- enter the email you used
- see if you get an email
- if not... please add a note to this ticket with the name of the email service you use (ie: Yahoo)

The system is currently sending too many flo alerts. It's sending for 2 days when it should just send one 2 days before the flo starts. Sigh.
