Can't get the user ID if you forgot if but remember the e-mail address

Title says it all.
I forgot my user ID and password, I managed to have the password
reset link sent to my inbox, but I still cannot access the website
because I don't remember the user ID. It would just be enough to
have my ID used in the password reset message; instead, that
message started with "Hi <e-mail address>...".
